We offer a 14 day return policy (buyer pays return postage cost)

We suggest our 13mm training lead from 10ft to 100ft

Do you sell splitter leads to walk two or more dogs on one lead?
Yes we sell two or three way splitter leads for your dog lead in various colours

Why do you have padded handles for your dog leads?
We offer padded handles to give extra comfort to the handler for the dog that pulls

Why is your police style dog lead so popular?
This is popular as it is very versatile and can be used in many ways

Can I use a horse lunge line for my large dog?
Yes, you can

Will my item be sent the same day if I order before 1.00pm?
Yes, once payment has been received and cleared it will be posted the same day

How long will my item take to arrive?
Our standard delivery by royal mail is approximately 4-7 days and we offer other postal services for quicker delivery

Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, you can, we will then send you a Paypal invoice for your order to be paid then your item will be sent once cleared

What do I do if an item I want is out of stock?
Our stock is checked daily but please contact us to check availability by phone or email

We source as much as we can from the UK
